The best ambassadors of our terroir are the cooking chefs that use the quality of our local products in their restaurants. They transform them, on the traditionnal way, giving them a personal touch, along with their sensibility. Our departement has 6 Star Chefs in the international gastronomic guide “Le Guide Michelin” : 5 chefs is a one-star and 1 is a two-star. In this rubric we’ll present them.
